Zain Call Center
The task was to renovate an existing structure and transform it into an office building formed of nine floors to facilitate for high tech offices and 300 P call centre.
The volume front facade with a large opening at which the volume is protruded inwards, the Centre of the volume seems like it is standing free of from the rest of the facade volume. The left volume of the front facade has a form with an angle engraved volume; this is seemed in the further right of the facade. The front appears like three volumes merged together. The facade is cladded by architectural terracota tiles, structurally glazed curtain wall system, aluminum feature sun breakers. The flooring is made of external finish with granite tiles show a soft and reflective finish, the engraved ZAIN logo at the Centre of the front façade.
