IT Support

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
  • diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • research questions using available information resources
  • advise user on appropriate action
  • follow standard help desk procedures
  • log all help desk interactions
  • administer help desk software
  • follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention  track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks and Wide Area networks
  • prepare activity reports
  • inform management of recurring problems
  • stay current with system information, changes and updates  clean up computers .

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • experience researching, analyzing and interpreting automated system problems
  • knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend and record all client’s meetings and register minutes of meetings.
  2. Perform market research (newspapers, websites, social media, advertisement ...) to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  3. Update company news, new projects, any other info in the website and social medias
  4. Follow-up with project initiation, project schedule and deadline submission dates
  5. Follow-up with current and past financial data
  6. Follow-up with Company Management System Process
  7. Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
  8. Respond to queries and complaints from clients
  9. Create and update a database record of clients and company partners contacts, profiles, Reps and presentations
  10. Follow-up with company products enhancements & developments

Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, arch,..), marketing, finance, or related field.
  2. MBA holder.
  3. 3+ years’ experience working in a business role.
  4. 5+ years’ experience in tendering.
  5. Preferably Understanding tenders in fields (design, construction, etc).
  6. Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadlines.
  7. Must be a notably pleasant with discipline characteristics.
  8. Must be flexible and able multi task on the job.
  9. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  10. The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
  11. Good computer skills (word, excel, etc.).
  12. Good Microsoft office skills.
  13. Searching for new opportunities through websites, and applying accordingly.
