Document ontroller

Qualification :

Minimum B.S.C degree  preferable Business administration, Economic, Management

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the covering inter office correspondence (Incoming & Outgoing).
  • Distribute incoming document as per required.
  • Transfer document to electronic format.
  • Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement.
  • Design filling systems and ensure that filling systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Incoming/outgoing document as CMS format (Record / log Register)

Logs include:

  • Incoming/outgoing correspondences.
  • Archive policy.
  • Keep annual leave and absence records.
  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Open the project file and make sure that the required documents are completed.
  • Answering the phones and answering queries.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and in setting meeting Agenda.
  • Monitoring the projects situation and weekly update with design managers.
  • Weekly update the schedule of projects with relevant design dept. sections.
  • Arrange and coordinate with HDD & TLs the attendance schedule for design department engineers
  • Perform any other duties as required.
  • Following with project site such as drawings. (Follow-up of the required drawings from the Construction & Project Control Departments.
  • Print projects at the sketch stage, which are required of other development.  (In Sometimes)
  • Undertake other duties as assigned and be willing to work beyond normal working hours.
